Overseas Passenger Terminal cruise season food vendor opportunity

We would like to welcome applications for the upcoming cruise season for a food vendor at the Overseas Passenger Terminal.

  • Space: Site: 2.5m x 6.5m* in the Southern Forecourt of the Overseas Passenger Terminal with access to power
    • It's very important to note that is the full footprint available, so it's essential to consider if this is enough room to operate in. There will be no other space available onsite beyond this.
  • Trading Days: All Cruise Ship Days between 1 October 2026 and 28 May 2027 Ship days available here
  • Trading Hours: TBC once vendor has been selected
  • One Exception: Cannot sell coffee/pastries as it conflicts with the other current vendor

Submission Closing Date: Tuesday 15 September 2026
To be Awarded: Friday 16 May 2025
Licence period: 1 October 2026 - 28 May 2027

Interested operators must submit:

  1. A detailed proposal outlining their concept, experience, and business model including any value add or innovation.
  2. A sustainability and operations plan, including required power.
  3. Financial capability and commercial viability evidence.
  4. A fee proposal setting out the amount the applicant is willing to pay for the site as part of their financial proposal.
    Successful applicants will be shortlisted for a formal proposal review and potential site visit before final selection.
